In 12th century, there's a saint called Hildegard.
She was a nun in Bingen where along the Rhine.
She devised various dishes in order to maintain health.
Those dishes could be a new style of cuisine today
since there're many spices and herbs in the food in our time.

In Germany, her dishes has been getting very popular
as a new style of healthy diet food by several years.

Now we reproduce some recipes which she devised at our restaurant
.
